What a holiday...

Where do i begin? Christmas I guess... Christmas Eve I went to my grandma's house in Batavia and exchanged presents with everyone there. My cousin Tony, who is in the Air Force, was there for the first time in 14 years... so it was good to see him. We then came back to my house and my brother and I exchanged presents, he got me Mona Lisa Smile and The Stepford Wives... both of which he wrapped in aluminum foil and foil tape. Yeah, he sucks.

Then i got up really early christmas morning to help my mom move my dads presents out of my room into the living room (she got him a Router/Router Table combo kit and a Miter Saw). So then i was up (at 6:30) so i woke everyone else up too. I got a bunch of cool stuff from my parents, Mean Girls, an Aerosmith DVD, the 1st and 2nd seasons of Sex & The City, and Def Leppards greatest hits... plus a bunch of clothes and gift certificates.

Well then christmas got bad.... Tico was on the shelf under the end table and decided to chew through a cord and get shocked (not electricuted b/c that means death, according to the vet). It was probably the scariest thing i've ever seen... so we rushed him to the emergency vet. Amazingly he's perfectly fine.

So then i went to tom's house later that day and exchanged presents with him and his parents. He got me the Curious perfume that i wanted soo bad, plus the Linkin Park/Jay Z cd and The Bourne Supremecy. His parents got me a robe, scarf set and a silver necklace. Then saturday tom and me and his cousin went shopping... i spent part of my best buy gift certificates to buy 3 cds and a dvd for tom. Oh and tom got me this really cool Rolling Stones tshirt :)

Then yesterday was pretty calm.. except i got a call from my neighbor, my old roommate, telling me my pipes in my apartment in murray busted. The bad news = i have to buy all new food. The good news = i get all new kitchen cabinets.... yeah. crazy. But Kate is coming for New Years! YAY! Which would be more exciting if our friend Andrew hadn't broken his foot, cuz now i think we'll all just hanging out at someones house.. which i guess is better than last year b/c at least tom will be in town! YAY! Oh and saturday tom and i will have been dating 2 and a half years... CRAZY!!
