Feeling good!

Ok, i am in the art (again... yes i live here). So i came in today to mainly work on yahoo stuff for ads club... and yasser came into help and i think we nailed it! Our ads look fantastic, jim (the graphic design teacher) loves them, too. Then dennis came in (the other guy whose been working on them) and said "that's exactly what i wanted to go for.." so it's great, everyone loves them... and i really feel like it was a great group effort. Because sometimes in the past we've had one person do creative and thats it... and then the rest of the team feels uninvolved... but not this time. Which makes me feel great, b/c being president of this group i feel like i've accomplished somethings that have never been accomplished by this club. (so pretty much i'm saying GO ME!!) :) don't worry though, i'm not on a power trip (yet, that is, we'll see how the actual presentation goes in april, then we'll talk).

But so i'm in the lab, and even though i have a lot to do this weekend (study for a mass media law test, redo a sketchbook (those things take a LONG time), english homework and essay, plus sketches for my other graphic design project).

But i talked to jim (the teacher, again) and have changed my project... i was going to do 2 more biz systems, but i think my portfolio has more than enough. So i am going to skip straight to the notecards (which is exciting) plus he says he has a poster i can design for our guest lecturer in april (which should be fun!)

So i'm really in a good mood today... i am really happy that i cut my work hours down so much b/c even though sometimes i feel like i have too much time on my hands, its better than being totally stressed like i was at the beginning of the semester. That and also i think my calendars are almost done being printed!!! i can't wait for everyone to see those!

ok well i should get back working on stuff b/c i have to leave here soon to go change to go to Amanda Hall's Exhibition opening tonight.
