Ok, so the one thing I love MOST about summer (now that I no longer get 3 months to do nothing) is that there are so many concerts! I was just complaining not that long ago that there didn't seem to be any coming up... but that has all changed!
This is what I've got planned (or am going to get tickets to once they go on sale):
Def Leppard & Journey - July 19
Mariah Carey - Sept 11
Aerosmith & Motley Crue - Oct 5 -- Ok, we can't see them at Alpine Valley b/c apparently some friends of ours are getting married. Geez! :)
The Who - TBD --- I'm SUPER excited about this.
And I'm hoping that Tom Petty ads Chicago to the tour dates b/c he's got a bunch of good acts opening (Pearl Jam, John Mayer and the Allman Brothers Band). Plus I'm still trying to convince Tom to go see the Bacon Brother's with me. :)
