Update on Bad Drivers

No kidding, the VERY NEXT day after I ranted about the bad drivers, I was almost killed AGAIN. This time coming past the post office this guy decides NOT to look both directions and pulls out AT ME. Not IN FRONT of me where I would have had time to slam on the breaks, but AT me, so I had to swerve (again) to avoid being killed. I can't take it... do i have some sort of sign on my car that says "HIT ME PLEASE" ??? Ugh.
