sick, again.

So i went out of town this past weekend to Carbondale, to see Tom. :) It was really a great weekend. I went up thursday night and didn't come home until monday afternoon. Friday during the day I spent with Amy (while Tom and Josh went to classes), we did some shopping, got lunch, looked at magazines :) and then later that night Amy and Josh made dinner for us and we watched Ladder 49 (it was really good, i cried).

Then saturday we all got up early and went to St. Louis to tour the Budweiser factory. That was a lot of fun, not that I'm a big fan of beer (b/c honestly should rice, wheat, barely and hopps be drunk? i don't think so). But it was a neat tour nonetheless, oh and I got to see my friend Tony who graduated from Murray last year, cuz he works at the factory so that was cool, too. Then we got lunch and came back to Carbondale.

Then the rest of the weekend was just pretty much me and tom hanging out and spending quality time together. It's always the most fun when we don't plan anything and we just do a lot of nothing.

But then i came home yesterday, and now i'm sick. I'm still blaming the fact that tom's apartment is SUPER cold (though apparently i'm the only one who thinks so). But I'm hoping to get over this cold ASAP b/c Tom and I are going home to oswego this weekend to go w/ my parents to the John Mellancamp concert in Rockford! woo hoo!!

On another note, we started scripting for our Ads Club presentation this week, and its going to take forever to get it sounding good, then we have to memorize lines and all that fun stuff. Which reminds me i have to call to see how much its going to cost to get big posters made of our print ads. Oh and we need to do more fundraising. AHhh i have a lot of stuff to do. Plus keeping up with my English class, plus doing ALL the stuff for my art classes (which is a TON OF STUFF) and writing my law paper with candace that is due next week. Dang, maybe i should go work on some of this stuff instead of rambling in here... :)
