Pure Randomness.

So just feel like I should update this thing more often... but unfortantely (do you know i can never spell that word right?), but unfortuantely not much interesting stuff has happened lately.

Last weekend was pretty calm. Saturday was a surprise party for my Grandpa, he turns 75 (today actually). Just nice to see everyone really. my cousin April's little girls are getting so big!

Then of course Sunday was the Super Bowl. Tom and I went to Jeff & Anna's to watch the big game. It was fun... there were some funny commercials, and a lot of bad ones. My favorites were:
- Budweiser: the little horse aspires to pull the Budweiser cart and his parents push it from behind. -- Seriously, how freaking cute was that?? I'm such a sap though!
- Budweiser: The one where the clydesdales are playing football and the "naked" sheep comes running across the field. Ha, again, something about animals makes me love it! Silly sheep!
- Bud Light (?): The guy who has the revolving fridge. The guys on the other side of the wall think it's a magic fridge. Too hilarious. Typical yes, but hilarious.
- Sprint/Nextel: The guy who has "crime deterent" on his phone. Then he chucks his phone at the guy three times... really dumb, but still too hilarious!!
- Ameriquest: The hospital one w/ the guy who kills the fly with the paddles and the little girl and her mom walk in just as he says "well that killed him." -- i was really surprised by this one b/c Ameriquest always seemed like a pretty conservative company, guess not.

:) So that's my 2 cents on those. And of course i hated the GoDaddy.com commercial. Plus all the Desperate Housewives ads were terrible, too.

Moving on. Other than that life has been normal/calm. I got my hair cut the other night. nothing drastic, it's a little past my shoulders w/ choppy layers. I really didn't decide until the last minute, and even then Michelle just kind of did what she wanted, i love that about her. She's the best. :) Maybe i'll post a picture sooner or later... and then maybe you all can see me w/ my new glasses.

Oh, i am super excited b/c Saturday is the Nickelback concert...!!! YAY! I have to find out if I can bring in my camera (god i hope so). I'm sure i'll write a lengthy review of the concert on here next week. So stay tuned.
